For companies looking to reward their best people, impress valued clients or bring a leadership team together, a corporate yacht charter in Bodrum offers something no hotel ballroom can match. Spending time together on a private yacht – swimming in turquoise bays, sharing meals on deck and talking openly away from the office – builds relationships and creates memories that last far longer than a conventional conference. Bodrum’s excellent flight connections, world-class marinas and wide choice of yachts make it one of the best destinations in the Mediterranean for corporate events at sea.
Corporate charters come in many forms: a day charter for client hospitality, an evening cruise for a product launch or team celebration, a multi-day executive retreat on a luxury motorsailer, or an incentive trip for a sales team on several gulets sailing together. Our team handles everything from yacht selection and itinerary planning to transfers, catering and branded touches.

Incentive Trips
An incentive trip on a yacht is a powerful way to reward high-performing teams. For larger groups, we can arrange a flotilla of gulets sailing together, each with its own crew, meeting in the same bays for shared dinners, beach parties and activities. Eight-cabin gulets such as Queen of Salmakis can accommodate up to eighteen guests, and several yachts together can host groups of fifty or more. Itineraries can include the Gulf of Gökova, the Bodrum peninsula and the Greek islands.
Executive Retreats
For leadership teams and board meetings, a luxury motorsailer or motor yacht provides a private, inspiring setting where work and relaxation blend naturally. Saloons can be set up for meetings and presentations, Wi-Fi is available on most yachts, and the change of scenery encourages fresh thinking. After the sessions, the team can swim, explore and dine together, strengthening relationships in a relaxed atmosphere.
Client Hospitality and Events
Day charters and evening cruises are ideal for entertaining clients and partners. Imagine welcoming guests aboard a sleek motor yacht in Bodrum or Yalıkavak, cruising to a beautiful bay for lunch and swimming, then returning at sunset with champagne on deck. We can add branded elements, photographers, musicians and tailored menus. See our day charters and evening cruises.
