Helicopter & Speedboat Transfers to Your Yacht

Skip the road entirely: fly straight to the coast by private helicopter, or step from the dock into a fast speedboat that takes you directly to your gulet at anchor.

For many guests, the most memorable moment of a yacht holiday is the very first one – seeing the turquoise bays of the Turkish Riviera open up beneath you, or racing across the water towards the yacht that will be your home for the week. With a private helicopter or speedboat transfer, the journey becomes part of the experience.

Aren Yachting arranges VIP air and sea transfers on request for gulet and motor yacht charters in Bodrum, Göcek, Fethiye, Marmaris and Bozburun, as well as to the nearby Greek islands. Here is how it works, when it makes sense, and what to expect.

Private Helicopter Transfers

A helicopter turns hours on the road into minutes in the air. It is the perfect choice when time is precious, when you are connecting from Istanbul or another city, or simply when you want an unforgettable start to your holiday.

  • ✓Airport to marina: fly from Bodrum, Dalaman or İzmir airport to a heliport close to your yacht – for example Bodrum to Göcek in roughly 35–45 minutes instead of almost three hours by car.
  • ✓Istanbul to the coast: combine a few days in Istanbul with your cruise and fly directly to Bodrum or Göcek in around two hours.
  • ✓Scenic flights: book a sightseeing flight over the Bodrum peninsula, the Gulf of Gökova or the Twelve Islands during your charter.
  • ✓Superyacht arrivals: some larger motor yachts can coordinate landings or touch-and-go transfers – ask us about your chosen yacht.

Helicopter transfers are arranged with licensed operators and depend on weather, flight permits and the availability of landing sites. Most aircraft carry up to 4–6 passengers with soft luggage, so larger groups may need two flights or a combination with a road transfer for the bags.

Speedboat Transfers

A private speedboat is the most practical way to travel between harbours, islands and bays – and often the most fun. Fast, flexible and comfortable, it is ideal for joining a yacht that is already at anchor, for one-way charters, or for hopping across to the Greek islands.

  • ✓Join your yacht at anchor: meet your gulet in a quiet bay instead of the busy harbour on changeover day.
  • ✓Between ports: short hops such as Bodrum–Turgutreis, Göcek–Fethiye or Marmaris–Bozburun, avoiding winding coastal roads.
  • ✓To the Greek islands: private transfers from Bodrum to Kos, or from Marmaris and Bozburun towards Symi and Rhodes (passport and port formalities apply).
  • ✓Restaurant runs: dinner at a famous beach club or harbour restaurant, with a fast ride back to your yacht.

How to Book

Let us know your flight details, group size and luggage, and whether you would like a helicopter, speedboat or both. We will check availability with our licensed partners, confirm the best route and send a clear quote together with your charter. Because availability is limited in July and August, we recommend booking air transfers as early as possible.

How many people fit in a helicopter?

Most transfer helicopters carry 4–6 passengers with soft luggage. Larger groups can fly in two rotations or combine air and road transfers.

Can a speedboat take us to the Greek islands?

Yes – private speedboat transfers from Bodrum to Kos, or from the Marmaris area towards Symi and Rhodes, are possible with valid passports and port formalities.

Are helicopter and speedboat transfers included in the charter price?
