How much does a gulet charter in Marmaris cost? It is one of the first questions guests ask, and the answer depends on the size and style of the gulet, the season and the services you add. Because gulets are chartered as a whole yacht with crew, the price is per week for the boat rather than per person – which makes Marmaris gulets surprisingly good value for families and groups. In this guide we set out typical 2027 prices from our own Marmaris fleet, explain what is included and what costs extra, and give a sample budget.
Marmaris offers one of the widest price ranges on the Turkish coast, from simple, authentic gulets to luxury yachts and large motorsailers. Prices in May, June, September and October are usually 20–40% lower than in July and August, so flexible travellers can find excellent deals.

What Costs Extra
Food is usually added as a full-board package of about €60–€90 per person per day, covering breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Drinks are charged at on-board prices or pre-ordered. If your route includes the Greek islands of Symi or Rhodes, transit log, customs and port fees apply. Restaurant meals ashore (for example at D-Maris Bay), marina fees outside Marmaris, airport transfers and a crew gratuity of around 10% are also additional. Read our guide to what is included.
A Sample Budget
For a group of ten on a mid-range Marmaris gulet in June: around €30,000 for the yacht and crew, around €5,000 for full board, €2,000–€3,000 for drinks and €3,000 for the crew gratuity – roughly €4,000 per person for a full week including accommodation, all meals, crew service and cruising.
